RPG game's Fallout 3 mods

It is a
post-apocalyptic computer action, role-playing shooter, realized
in North America on October 28, 2008, in Europe and Australia on
October 30, 2008 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox
360. It is the third edition of the Fallout series, isometric
RPG set. Fallout 3 is a story that maintains a "Fallout
Universe". The game takes place in the year of 2277 after the
"World War III" over natural resources, which turns into a
nuclear war between China and US, on the East Coast of what used
to be the United States of America, mostly in Washington, DC,
Maryland and Virginia. So, the player who is a resident of one
of the remnant shelters in the area of Washington DC named Vault
101, which was pre-programmed to be opened after a certain
amount of time, wakes up one morning and finds out that his
father is gone, he disappeared under very weird conditions. The
Vault overseas claims that the player himself was involved in
his father's so called run away and makes a decision to arrest
